and all the draft idiots said he would be too slow and not strong enough for the nba. His brother will never have a game like this. We got the better twin once again. Way to go nets, 49 more to go

Only a coach like Lawrence Frank will bench a guy who scores 20+ points, grabs 8+ boards and blocks 3+ shots in his first career start for a inconsistent backup center at best.

Great win but this is a weird game, especially to figure out a rotation. Yi didnt get big minutes, neither did Simmons. And with Boone and Najera out Frank is going to have to decide now what he wants to do. The changes I would make are putting Anderson in over Najera and only using Najera when Anderson is off or is having trouble on the defensive end. And I think if Brook plays well while Boone is out, then Brook must stay the starter theirs not doubt about it. I'm a Frank fan but if he goes back to the same old rotation after a game like this I will change my opinion.

It's really not a coincidence that they had their most impressive win (yes, even more than Detroit) with Najera and Boone not in there, and guys like Lopez, Williams, and Anderson getting their minutes.

Ha! Just picked him up in my league and dropped....you guessed it, Boone. If Frank does not start him, that's it, it's on between me and the little man.

I'm happy Brook had a great game but you never make long-term decision making over 1 game. 1 game isn't going to put Boone to the bench, and 1 game isn't going to get Frank fired. Stop being retards.

Great win, i'm glad the Nets kept their lead this time instead of letting it go (Heat game).

Brook did a good job in the early quarters to help the Nets establish a lead and Ryan did well too, hopefully Frank notes this game and plays the rookies more!

Devin Harris and VC took it over in the 4th drawing fouls and going to the line to seal the win.

Gotta give props to Joe Johnson, he's a hell of a scorer.

I think this game seals it. Hassell should get all of Ryan Anderson's minutes from now on!

Brook was awesome to start the game. Probably won't be able to pull off a start to a game like that again this season but if he and Yi can play solid and consistent for the rest of the season, then there might be a chance at the end of the season at competing for a last play off spot. Still a big if.

Anderson was awesome as well. 3-3 from the three point line. Beautiful. He has to get the back up minutes at PF.

Carter was struggling with his shot but still managed to score 26 points. Dooling gave solid minutes off the bendh again. Did Simmons play in this game? Did they trade him yet for Mike Miller yet?

Oh yeah, and Harris was awesome.

I bet he does maybe even better, you guys forget that is one of the most athletic teams in the NBA that he did it against not many teams hold the post down like that in the Eastern Conference. I'll even say it right now I saw Boone in college, I saw Lopez in college, Lopez is better.

I agree with NOMAM that Dooling did well tonight and has been giving us good minutes thus far.

    Great win people!
    Quick notes:
    - Lopez should start no matter what. Yes he will have bad games, but he is the better talent and him being on the court will benifit us long term.
    - Glad Hassel, Najera, Swift were out today.
    - DH is the real deal and if he continues to play this way, he will become an All-Star this season.
    - The young guys energized the entire squad and today's game was delight to watch. This is what we all wanted from the beggining, play the rooks and young players on our team and don't bother using those garbage players unless an injury occurs.
    - L Frank has got to stick with this rotation even when everyone is healthy.
I would love to see this as our rotation
    Harris/Dooling
    Carter/CDR
    Hayes/ Simmons
    Yi/Anderson/Sean
    Lopez/Boone
Then play the other players in case of injuries.
