Fish clanks a three but Sasha is going to the line after the rebound.

Good loss (if there is one). I've noticed a disturbing trend recently. Guys are getting too complacent. We always start the game slow as hell, and find ourselves down by double digits (or somewhere close) in the first quarter. Hopefully this will show our team that it is a 48 minute game, not 24, or 12. We have to jump out on teams and beat them from the start. No more starting out slow and playing pickup.

Hopefully Phil will give these guys a good talking in practice, and the players build from there. One loss is no big deal, but I just hope they learn something from it. Personally? I'm disappointed because I wanted to go 82-0. 81-1 isn't the same :(

Horrible defense and offense by the team. Too much dribbling on the offensive end, and on defensive, the switching and getting back on a man was horrible.

Pistons shot way too well. Credit the Pistons with their defense.

    Fuck...

We don't play again until Tuesday. I fucking hate these long delays we've been having. Who came up with our schedule anyways? It sucks even more because we just lost today...

Oh well. More time for the team to practice I guess. Hopefully we'll come out strong against the Bulls. No excuses, or kind feelings if we lose to them :]

Daium, Kobe really needs to find his shot. Though, his prenetation is suprisingly good.

    some things never change....

I didn't catch all of the game, but one thing I will say is that if the lakers play against a team with a physical front line they are beatable......I'm still not a full believer in Gasol or Odom.....is there any word of the lake show going after McDyess?????

    that's tuesday

Gasol had a solid game Dream, relax. At PF we're more than stacked with Pau.

Could care less if Odom is consistent though, we just need serviceable depth with him.

he had a decent game....I just don't think he's physical enough for him to be your only option at PF, and he's never been a great rebounder.......McDyess would be a world of help for teams that need another big (Lakers, Cavs, Heat, etc.)...

Gasol is a better rebounder at PF...

We don't need another big. Seriously. It's one loss, no need to panic. Our bigs did a great job against Houston and New Orleans, in all the seven games we've played this season. Pau has done a fantastic job so far as well. One loss doesn't mean anything.
