Game in progress ... (I'm out of town, but fortunately I have wi fi at the place I'm staying.).

I missed the first half and some of the 3rd quarter, but the Rockets are leading. Doing a great job on Chris Paul, apparently. The ball movement looks pretty good.

It looks like the Rockets have decided to play off Chris Paul and force him to beat them with a jumper. And he's missing. They're doing a good job finding Yao in the paint.

The Rockets defensive game plan against Chris Paul has been excellent. They completely neutralized his side pick and roll with Chandler by playing a strong side zone. And Scola finished it off with great defense on West, forcing a turnover. On the offensive end, I'm seeing much better ball movement and player movement. They are finding teammates flashing in the paint, and getting excellent looks.

Chuck Hayes is doing a phenomenal job on his help D against Paul. When Shane comes back, we may need to start referring to Ron, Shane, and Chuck as our "Big Three" on defense.

Hornets go to Hack a Chuck in the 4th quarter. IT got them in the penalty, and Chuck hit two free throws. However, he had a foot fault on the first one, so effectively he went 1/2. Rockets lead by double digits with just under 3 minutes left.

Game over, Rockets win. I only saw the second half, but this was probably their best defensive performance of the season. Kudos to our PGs ... I really expected them to get torched by Chris Paul.

Sorry you had to talk to yourself. I was playing NBA 2k9 and forgot to check on the score.

Seems like Wafer had a good game. Thoughts?

Wafer played awesome. So did Chuck Hayes on the defensive end also. Looks like we did a great job on Chris Paul. McGrady started early also. A MUCH NEEDED WIN!
