-Am I the only one who noticed a significant improvement in Sean Williams tonight? He boxed out very well a few times, didn't take jump shots out of his range despite being open and as usual gave us some much needed energy.

-Ryan Anderson has convinced me that he's a legitimate NBA forward. His positioning is great, his shot is falling, he's been impressive in clutch situations, he's been this team's energizer more than a few times...I could go on and on. Great pick by Kiki and Thorn.

-Vince Carter continues to be one of the best players in the NBA this season.

-Devin Harris finally realized that driving to the basket is still what he should be doing most of the time. His finishing was rusty but as he drove more it has significantly improved. Not only is he going to the line a lot, opponents are also starting to give him more space in fear of a quick drive, resulting in better looks from deep.

-Even when he's not scoring, Brook Lopez is a force, and not only on defense. He's the best post passer I've seen on the Nets in a long time.

-Jarvis Hayes has been excellent off the bench. He has proven his ability to drive to the basket as well as his touch from the 3pt line. Too bad he got injured, let's just hope it's nothing major.

-Keyon Dooling showed another aspect of his game tonight: off the ball movement. Perfect backup for Harris.

-Only Simmons has been less than advertised so far this season. Let's hope he can get it together, because if not he should be on the bench next to Hassell and Ager.

-This team's 3pt shooting has been amazing the last few games. As I posted in a different thread, Carter, Dooling, Hayes, Anderson, Simmons, Yi and now even Devin Harris are all dangerous from deep and that's opening the lane for more drives to the basket and for more looks for the big men.

Mr. Anderson with 17 points coming off the bench. Watch out Yi ryan is going to take your minutes away if you disapear. Still my favorite lineup is harris, vc, anderson, lopez and hayes...

did you see the +/- stats for the nets? This was a great win for the kids...

    - Great job by Devin on a hurt ankle he's still dangerous
    - Brook Lopez is for real, a good post passer, high defensive IQ, good shot blocker
    - Sean Williams in subing for Lopez was a big reason why Horford ended the night w/ 12 pts. (The paint is closed w/ him)
    - VC took the secondary role and did very well
    - Jarvis you better be ok we can't lose that offense off the bench please save us from the Simmons Era
    - Great job scouting Kiki ! Ryan Anderson is a lights out shooter for a big (amazing job scouting him now get us Belleneli and deal Boone for it)
    - Dooling did good off the offsets and we have to again credit Lopez and Sean for those screen and picks

    FIRE FRANK !

Unbelievable, we have a record better than San Antonio :)

Also, it's official East is no longer a joke comparing to West. Pistons winning against LA, 'Bron finishing off Jazz, Bull beating Mavs... even Bobcats took it from Jazz. IMO East is better than West.

well the pistons played a perfect game... but to say the pistons can do that to win a 7 game series? ehhhh doubt it... jazz didnt have deron williams or AK-47 playing... it was basically boozer vs the cavs. bulls are solid and the mavs are having a hard time tryin to find their identity under their new coach...

and about the spurs... they dont have parker or ginobli... id wait for them to get back to make any final thoughts... i mean yes... the east is catching up... like i agree... cavs got better in that mo williams trade, philly got better with elton brand... the celtics are the celtics... and the bulls got better... heh even miami looks more insync than last year...

but a few teams from the east that looked to of dropped of are orlando and washington :/ washington doesnt have agent 0 but orlando?!?! should have no EXCUSE!!
