Your all are gonna disagree but heres my point:
Lets fire Smitch, get a new vetern coach in someone like Jeff van G, Avery, Flip, some vetern coach, and lets just start from scratch again EVEN THOUGH a vetern coach doesnt need to start from scratch.
I say this because Im sick and tired of raps making the playoffs and getting knocked out in the first round, this team should be atleast 6-2 right now sooo much potential and its going to waste because the coach can not handle pressure and coach late in games (game against boston and detroit)
Basically lets blow up this season and lets start better next season

No point to blow up this season. Raps dont really need to have that lottery pick. Besides thats kind of drastic, we lost a few games early in the season, big deal.

It'd be stupid to blow it up this early in the season. Especially when you have a superstar player coveted by the rest of the league, whose contract expires in 2 years.

The past few years I've been very very critical of Smitch's shortcomings (strategy, awareness, rotation management, etc.). This season he's not nearly as responsible for a team that doesn't improve as much as we want, simply because the holes on this roster are just so significant. There is no one to play the three spot and our bench is very weak. Now I wouldn't complain if he were fired at the end of the year, because I don't think he'll ever be the kind of coach that could lead us to prolonged playoff success, but being reactionary at this point is pointless.

Echoing previous posts, no need to blow up the team whatsoever. But if you guys can get JVG to coach, you'll be one hell of a scary defensive team. You'd be giving up any beauty in your offense in which you currently enjoy, but defense wins championships, I heard.
