I don't know. I love the Blazers (second fave team), but I hope they lose against my Warriors.

I just love the Blazers roster. They look like they got a potentially dominant team for years to come (Aldridge and Oden inside - top 3 draft picks who are projected to be all-star players at their positions at some point in time). Brandon Roy, the veteran-like rookie who plays a prototype two guard but can play small forward or point guard. Then you got some pretty decent points like Steve Blake and the Spanish Magician. Travis Outlaw is also a pretty good player to watch for. Also Joel Pyrzbilla is a very good defensive backup center who can start. When you got your frontcourt and middle all set and a really good backcourt, it looks scary. The best part is Roy has the potential to be a lockdown defender on the perimeter with Oden as the potential guy to be the defensive stopper in the paint. That's a tough combo only to be found on elite teams. I think the Blazers could live up to that.

I think like most of this season for the Warriors, besides the Clippers win and a couple other losses, the game will be close. It really depends on who will step up for the Warriors. So another great game from Morrow would be awesome. But I am not sure what the odds of that is. Maggette I am hoping will be available again tonight, so that should help. I think it should be a good game, unless if some of the Blazers streaky shooters goes off or if the Blazers are able to man-handle the W's in the post with Aldridge and Oden. Brandan Wright and Turiaf will be very important for the Warriors this game.

Really looking forward to this game. The Blazers should be a much better test for us than the Clippers. I also think these two teams are somewhat evenly matched and it wouldn't surprise me if either team wins. Biedrins vs. Oden should be interesting to watch. I think the keys as usual for the Warriors are can Maggette and Jackson keep themselves from their bad habits, look to move the ball before shooting and when they do shoot, get a good shot. Not a 28-footer or turnaround fadeaway defended jumper. I imagine Morrow will get a chance to start again?

I don't think the teams are evenly matched at all.

The Warrior starters are every bit as good as Portland's for the most part, but the bench players for Portland are a lot better than anything the Warriors have.

I'm not trying to start anything, just my opinion.

I couldn't agree with you more though about either team winning. GS and Portland always seem to play close games and the Warriors are a good team playing at home

Congrats on your team losing the "Jailblazers" and becoming one of the hottest teams coming up.

Roy is tremendous, he's so smooth and yet nails when it counts, I watched the end of that Blazers-Rockets game where first Roy hits the pullup with 3 secs. left to give the Blazers a lead, then Yao right back, and finally Roy with the 25 footer to win. What was amazing was Roy was something like 3-15 up to that point.

Aldridge is a legitimate low post threat.

Oden? He's almost like playing with the house's money.

Batum/Outlaw are young leapers with scoring potential.

I love Rudy Fernandez; great skills on the ball and off the ball.

McMillan is a wonderful man and coach.

Warriors are behind the Blazers in potential, there is some there Biedrins/Wright/Randolph/Bellinelli, plus SJax is a good player, but not a franchise/Roy type. Just cannot be as dependable in crunch time to create a good shot.

Enjoy the Bay Area tonight and have a safe trip back. May the best team win!

Biedrins is very fast for a C - and he would give both Pryzbilla and Oden a lot of trouble with his quickness. It will be less of an issue for Oden in 2 months or so - once he gets in game shape. On the other hand - Oden is just too big and strong for Biedrins to stop - so I expect both of these guys to pretty much play each other even. My Blazers colored glasses think that with Roy handling the rock against GSW helter-skelter game - we will win - but I would not be surprised if this game goes to the wire. You kicked our rear in the pre-season without Roy - but we were pretty much even when Oden was in the game and you only opened it up when he went out. He is quicker now - so I hope for a Blazers win.

    Good luck all around.

I love the mutual respect Blazers and Warriors fan have for each other. That was a really entertaining game and hopefully many years to come, it will be just as entertaining, if not more.

Yeah good game blazers. I'm sure if Aldridge turned it on, the Warriors would be in trouble.

The officiating was kind of whacky tonight.

Aldridge was totally off. Hopefully he learns that when you've got 6 inches on a guy, just go lateral and shoot over him. No need to push off and run the guy over.

Oden rolled nicely and showed good hands in the pick and roll with Roy. Promising. He walked several times though without any call.

Roy had his typically solid game.

What a bench, 48 pts? How sweet is Fernandez' shot? Beautiful arc. Man-crush.

Officiating was very tight, which helped the W's in the 4th.

Blake and Rodriguez need to be more aggressive with their shot because they are getting openings on the penetration but W's knew they were looking to pass so they did not leave their man.

    Blazers need to run more.

Warriors got a good win, but they should have won, it was on their home court.
