Caron Butler

I would really like to get a small forward that sets the tone defensively. Batum could be that guy. I would love to see him get some more PT to see if he can develop quicker than we had anticipated.

 

we should take the best deal at the deadline, and not look back.

 

I think Butler is a great idea. I doubt Washington would move him, but if they keep losing, who knows?

Throw in this year's first and cash considerations and maybe, depends on how bad it gets in DC this year.

 

In all honesty the price would probably be Fernandez and a couple of other throw-ins (Travis, Webster, and/or Channing).
