Glad to see us pulling away. Overall, not too impressed with the effort we showed today. We looked sloppy as hell and gave up too many second chance opportunities. Hopefully that was just rust because we won't be beating any quality teams with that kind of play.

I liked the way Bynum bounced back a bit later into the game.

Powell finally got some burn too.

You guys are pathetic. You let the Bulls cover the spread : P

My pre-game post pretty much summed up the game.

Ehh the game wasn't as close as the final boxscore indicated...We played majority of that 4th quarter with Farmar, Sasha, and Powell out there. Not bad players, but not a lineup we're used to seeing for a whole quarter at a time. I'm glad Phil was confident to keep them out there to keep the game at a 10pt difference, then let Kobe in for a bit.

By the way, my internet was out til just now lol....so sorry for not covering the play by play.

So much for all the Vlad being injured talk...lol

Anyways, Kobe and Pau were incredible tonight, wow. Lamar and Bynum played great too. Sorry to nitpick, but is it just me or does Andrew seem reaaaally unmotivated out there? His body language flat out sucks, I hope that changes soon, he played a great game though tonight.

Derrick Rose = legit as hell, wow I had no idea the guy was that good.

What else, let's see....Oh, um, Sasha, are you effin kidding me? That pathetic excuse of a dunk really put me to shame and I took some flack for that....you're 6'7, get some freaking UP's man, jeezus

    I'm barely 6ft and I can dunk...and I'm Chinese....

    Sasha's inability to dunk = a joke.

I really don't care if Sasha can dunk or not. As long as he can still hit an open jumper, he'll have a spot in this league and with this team, because that's what he's getting paid to do.

Moo, you said earlier you sometimes are unable to watch the games, so then I ask you this...DID YOU SEE THE PLAY?! :biglaugh:

It was beyond pathetic. And I do care, if he can't dunk it, then lay it up, but with his height and that infamous story of him dunking over Bynum and Kwame in practice, I was EXPECTING Sasha to freaking dunk on an open fast break.

I will admit that I didn't see the game. I was (unfortunately) at work and by the time I was out, the game only had 2 minutes left and I had a half hour drive home to traverse on.

Regardless, I don't care about a missed dunk. As long as Sasha can hit a three, he could have a one inch vert for all I care.

Someone PLEASE get Moo a youtube link of this "dunk."

You're taking it too seriously, though lol. It's only one missed dunk, I know, but you just have to see it first before you comment on it.

    Link pls.

Moo you'll laugh hard...here is what happened.....Chicago sideline inbound, only Gooden and Hughes were there, the rest of the Bulls and Lakers were up court already..Sasha comes in steals the inbound, tried to dunk it, hits the front of the rim, Bulls go down, and I believe hit a three.

Funny ass shit though. Also Vlad fucked up two inbound passes that went out of bounds, why is he passing it in?

YES! this.......I was going to type that in my response just wasn't 100% sure and didn't wanna talk outta my ass.

But yeah man, these kind of plays can really hurt you sometimes, a missed dunk on one side, and a three on another, next thing you know, it's a 5 point switch with momentum for the other team. Obviously it didn't matter tonight since we were able to win the game, but if we lost, I'm sure this is something people would have nitpicked at.

Granted, this was just a silly little missed dunk, but I'm just a little disappointed in Sash. Ask around, I've been his biggest supporter and fan for the LONGEST and it was nice to see it paying dividends last year, but I was hoping for a freakin' dunk atleast from my favorite player on an open fast break after hearing that story of what he did to Bynum in practice.

Now that I'm re-watching this....we really don't give Andrew the ball at all....he has to get the offensive board himself.

They also usually pass it to him as a bailout. Only people who really looks for Andrew are Trevor, Kobe, and Pau.

    Enlighten me.

I'd really like to be able to watch Lakers games again, but internet in Australia isn't as advanced as it is back in Sweden...
