I have fios TV and can't see the CSN games in HD. It's really annoying. If Bend Broadband can get the blazer games in HD, i'm pretty sure Verizon could add it easily. I hate TV companies/Cell phone companies.....O and a big F U to Direct TV for owning the NFL.

That's a big reason I wouldn't leave Directv. I've had NFL ticket for years and don't remember the last time I missed a Cowboys game.

I read the story a bit differently:

November 21, 2008 Bend, Ore. – BendBroadband announced today that they have reached an agreement to be bent over backwards and reamed in a most filthy manner by Comcast Sports Net for their cable TV subscribers in Central Oregon. Comcast SportsNet features live coverage of the Portland Trail Blazers, University of Oregon Ducks, the NHL and more.

OK I may be clueless here but CSNW is a standard def channel--there isn't an HD equivalent right? The only time I've seen it on HD it was on 708 KGW.

788 is where you'll find the HD CSN Blazer games, and many other local sports HD games.

You sure about that? It's never listed as NBA Basketball. Maybe I should actually check to see if the game is being broadcast there, huh? That's Mojo, right? When they show college football or Mariners games, it's always listed as College Football or Major League Baseball. Never seen it listed as NBA Basketball. Hmm.

    EDIT:

Never mind. I'm an idiot. It's only for home games, and I'm at all of those. DUH!

No offense to the folks in the Portland area, but I've really felt for the people in Bend. You can drive half an hour or an hour to see a game. It's tougher when you're 3+ hours away.
