The similarity in their games is uncanny.

Did you just compare Kaman to a top 5 center in the league?!

Don't believe you. Lopez will end up being considerably better.

This may be true right now and maybe for the rest of the season, but Brook has the potential to be much better than Kaman.

90% of those people thought so because you were hyping him up.

I had no idea because I don't watch college ball. But I remember being extremely heartened by what Jay Bilas said draft night, which is that this guy was a flat out player, a multi-skilled big with nice touch and low post moves who was a big presence in the lane on both ends. He poo-pooed Lopez's supposedly poor combine scores in the agility drills, saying if you want to draft a guy to run around cones, draft someone else but if you want a basketball player, draft Lopez. He thought he should have gone 3rd and that we got a steal. He's a bright guy and he certainly watches college ball, so I knew there was reason to be optimistic. And he's been proved right in his assessment.

Granted it's a small sample, but I'd like to hear from those who were moaning about us picking up Lopez over Bayless. Do they still regret we drafted Brook?

Agreed. A Bosh and Brook combo in 2010 is going to be scary.
