I understand HispanicCausinPanic our language (English) can be very tricky at times, thanks for doing your best when trying to speak it, we appreciate it! (And yes, since I know you will bring it up , we do speak English in Estacada too) Welcome to America my friend!
No I don't think that is it . . . I think HCP feels there is no such thing as a bad loss. HCP is all about the love . . .
Nope not at all, I've known HCP for years and know the effort he has put into learning the language, it's refreshing to know there are guys out there like him. Just poking a little fun at his mistake!
There is no such thing as a bad win IMO, but there is as a bad loss. A win is a win either way, but getting blowed out in a "bad loss" can really bring confidence down.
... or - it can whip you into taking your job seriously - as clearly happened to the Blazers after the Lakers game and to the Bulls after the Blazers game.
You know, the clock stops when there's a foul called. And, "there's no such thing as a winnable war...it's a lie we don't believe anymore.."
You guys are just putting the chicken before the cart. And the grass isn't always bluer in the winter. If the team would just learn to give 110 percent effort half of the time we wouldn't be having these minor issues. This team won't leave it all out on the field, I can tell you that much. Whether or not that is something to worry about is all a matter of fact. And even in this latest win, Manny was just being Manny, or was that Rudy? Oh wait, Manu just played his first game huh? The good thing is that there is no such thing as a bad thread topic, and arguing on the internet is like running in the Special Olympics in that no matter how fast you think you are there is always someone smarter.
Re: There is NO such thing as a bad loss! Oh look! Grammar police! That's wonderful coming from somebody that is shift-key handicapped! Actually "grinded" is used a lot these days especially with skating going mainstream. Yeah Mr. Webster hasn't adopted it yet, but its time will come.
Makes XMAS easier to. Cuts down on the presents you have to buy. one present for the sister/wife......... one for the nephew/son. Leaves plenty of food stamps left over for EWF to get a new 8-track player for his '88 Camero! "Pour Some Sugar On Me!"
