    I agree with Max, but I believe it doesn't matter much anymore for the upcoming World Cup considering that they were dead last anyway. On the other hand, the Copa Libertadores punishment is out of control and unacceptable in football. You cannot punish the players that way it is disgusting.

    So what country will take the other 3 slots for Copa Libertadores? Because Peru had rights to 3 teams but seeing how they were banned I wonder what country will get more slots.
