I just downloaded it, and I'm pretty sure it's called Toph, not Toth. No time to play right now, but keep me updated if you play another game under those sliders. I also downloaded sliders that have a 5 rating, but it only has 13 downloads so far. Might want to check it out, too.
Sliders adjust different elements of the game play so you can customize it to the way you like to play. You can make it more arcadey or more sim. Adjusting the sliders can make a frustrating game a thousand times more enjoyable.
cool. I just don't recall that concept in games years ago, so that sounds like a much needed improvement! I think I'll be trying to play this online tomorrow or Sunday..I've yet to play a game online except Resistance.
Here's the most recent living roster update. Thought someone might find it interesting. Here are the changes in overall rating numbers, by player: Harris +9 Carter +0 Lopez +5 Yi +0 Dooling +1 Hayes -1 Simmons +0 CDR +0 Williams +0 Anderson -2 Swift +0 Najera +0 Boone +0 Ager +0 Hassell +0
Carter's perimeter D should be at least a B. Is there a layup rating? Because if not, Harris's inside scoring should be an A.
Harris' layup rating is definitely A. Here are his stats (lowest is 50, highest is 99): Shooting (Close): 92 Shooting (Med.): 87 Shooting (3 Pt.): 77 Free Throws: 82 Layups: 97 Dunking: 79 Ballhandling: 96 Passing: 85 Low Post Off.: 61 Low Post Def.: 54 Blocking: 52 Stealing: 83 Off. Rebounding: 58 Def. Rebounding: 61 Speed: 96 Stamina: 99 Durability: 75 Off. Awareness: 91 Def. Awareness: 86 Potential: 78 Strength: 59 Vertical: 92 Shoot Off Dribble: 88 Shoot In Traffic: 86 Quickness: 98 Hustle: 85 Hands: 88 On Ball Defense: 88 Standing Dunk: 50
I only use the NETS when I play online and I'm so glad they boosted Devin's stats up. I was tired of driving the lane and having him miss an open layup. Also they added new animations so Harris does his spin moves in the lane and has the little cross up jumper.
B- and C are too low, but A is too much. A is for the Nate Robinsons and Jason Richardsons and Vince Carter circa 2000s of the world. I'd say a B would be good for both Williams and Swift.
The only thing I think is messed up is his "Potential" rating....only a 78?!? really?!? I was thinking at least a high 80's or at 90....why so low? This kids upside is amazing
Well it goes by current ability, and currently Harris is one of the dominant players in the league. Obviously he won't keep putting up 30 point games 70% of the time until the end of the season. With the way he's playing right now, he can't improve much more...what's he gonna average, 35/8/12? lol He really is amazing though.
It's low because his other ratings are high. He won't get too much better than he is right now, sooner or later he'll hit his ceiling.
Oh, I see where y'all are coming from....I keep forgetting about the new updating system...lol. I'm used to the older 2K9 that bases the potential rating on how well the player will progress over the span of multiple seasons. Case in point he might have started a 78 overall rating, but with a high potential rating he would've reached a mid 80 overall rating by the end of the next year. It seems as though having the system update your rosters makes the potential rating kinda pointless....lol But I noticed it does make a big difference in trades. it's hard to pry stars and Rookies away from teams, but if you go into thier team roster and change thier potential to 50 and bump the players you intend to trade up to the 90's.....you can get the players as well as thier draft picks...lol. Sure I know you can just use trade override, but this feels less like cheating...lol I started off with Minnesota (and you know they don't have much for trade) And now I have this roster: PG: D. Rose SG: Kobe SF: M. Beasley PF: Big Al C: D. Howard ------------------- 6th Man: AI 7: Mayo 8: Al Horford 9: Foye 10: Love 11: Thaddeus Young 12: B. Lopez Not to mention I traded away MY 1st round and 2nd round pick...but traded for 4 1st round picks...3 for 2009 and an extra for the 2010 draft...
