    The B isn't going anywhere, this is probably something they'll wear with the red uniforms.

    For those who haven't seen them yet, the Sox unveiled a new road uniform and an alternate road uniform, on top of their new cap, which will be worn with both alternate jerseys.

    The back of the road jerseys will have different numbering/lettering and color. I haven't seen the back of the alternate roads, but I assume they'll have the same fonts as the other three. Not sure if they'll have a nameplate. And FTR, I've also a seen a pic of the Sox alternate home (red one) with the front trimming removed.
