My money is on Chris Paul, but I wouldn't be suprised at all if Lebron James wins it. A thid candidate might be Dwight Howard.

    1a. Chris Paul
    1b. Lebron James
    2. Dwight Howard

    Your thoughts?

I've said it before...LeBron has it won unless:

    a)He suffers a season-ending injury
b)The Cavs suddenly go on a long losing streak and end up disappointing.
c)Chris Paul somehow leads the Hornets to a better record than the Cavs and averages incredible numbers.

If none of that happens, LeBron is the MVP.

LeBron....unless the Cavs hit the wall of mediocrity. If they continue to play at such a high level, he'll run away with it.

LeBron is an absolute lock for MVP. I wouldn't be surprised if it was unanimous (and it should be).

I highly doubt it'll be unanimous. The way I see it, if the Lakers win 66+ games, Kobe is going to have to get some MVP votes, even if he doesn't put up as good of numbers as he did last year. The best player on the best team always gets votes and a lot of times wins it, so if the Lakers end up with the best record in the league and Kobe has a good season, I wouldn't be shocked if he at least gets some votes.

That's precisely right. LeBron has this in the bag.

Easily Lebron's year...saw it coming from a mile away...Kobe has his and now has too much talent around him to get it, Hornets wont have as an impressive regular season this year and will have more injuries since they had virtually none last year. On top of that Lebron now has a half decent sidekick PG. Oh yeah....and he's really really good
