I think I am bigger idiot. The first time I watched it, I didnt even catch that was suppose to be the gag, even though it was repeated like 5 times. In my defense though I thought the gag was suppose to be him saying "if punches were people, he'd be china" I thought the bit at the end was just the video being glitchy.
