Wow, after Garnett crawled in front of Bayless, Bayless stuck the jumper, then on the other end Rondo went around the amazing Bayless like he was glued to the floor. Guess he did no better against Rondo than any of our other guards.

Are you talking about 0:42 when he gets picked by Garnett?

Yeah, but he didn't get picked. Garnett ran into Frye.

On the subject of Garnett's antics, I truly hope the Blazers grow a mean streak and just don't put up with that crap. If he ever does it to him again, I'd like to see Bayless bounce the ball as hard as he can off the floor into Garnett's face.

I actually dislike Garnett more than Kobe. If you knew me, you'd know how significant that is.

Here's another video of it, some in slow-mo, and another incident where KG continued his yapping to Jerryd.

See, Jerryd's being smart about it. "Hmm, did you say something?" and just walks on by. That's really how Portland should approach the mind games.

It's very wierd. I was so happy for the Celtics last year. I've always been a Pierce fan. Ray Allen is also a good guy who I wanted to see win. Garnett was the type of player (like AI for me) who clearly cared so much that I just wanted to see him win, despite his occasional bouts of prickishness (yes, they've always existed). However, this year he seems to be getting worse and worse. Instead of rooting for the Celtics as my token Eastern team like I did last year, I want to see them lose solely due to his antics this year.

That being said, it was nice to see Bayless immediately take it to Garnett after that. It's a fairly good response, although I really would've like seeing one of our bigs hit him with a hard foul after that crap (not causing an injury.. just a good hard foul). Even if it ends up a flagrant, just to send a message. I do kinda miss the way they used to do that, even if it did end up with those hard to watch scores in the 70s.

This is what should happen when K.G. tries to talk smack..Anyone remember what Anthony Peeler did to him :)but honestly the best way to handle someone talking trash is too ignore them and let your basketball do the talking...the blazers didnt let the basketball play do the talking...

To me, KG is the equivalent of that bully we all went to school with who would talk trash until that one day when somebody popped him and he cried like a little baby all the way to the principal's office.

In other words, KG is a punk ass bitch who is all talk. Somebody just needs to pop that motherfucker right in the mouth.

As Maurice Lucas aptly pointed out recently, "Back then we didn't have as much trash talk, because it was only a $50 fine to punch somebody in the face."

Unfortunately, after we play Boston on the 30th, our next two games are New Orleans at home and a road game at the Lakers. So I'm not sure I'd want to waste a two-game suspension for any of our guys. Maybe send Bayless in there to clock him. Or activate Diogu and have him do it.

He might try to be an eforcer like Charles Oakley, but he is going to fail at it. Oak didn't need to pull all of these antics to scare the shit out of people. To be honest, the camparison is a bit demeaning for Oak.

Close but you failed to mention the JFK/grassy knoll thing and the disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa. I don't care if he wasn't born yet... I just know he had something to do with them. He's that evil.

Do you know if General Francisco Franco is still dead? I have a working theory that KG had something to do with that but no proof yet.

Saw it on the ESPN feed and posted about it in the game thread.

I also called Garnett a clown, which is what he is.
