Did anyone get a better video of Darko ripping his jersey off than the one on the ESPN blog?

And BTW, we need Jean-Luc to be the Big'Mans coach!

Well they're in a bundle, but not for that reason. Anywho, I was aware of that. One could infer also that a) Conley doesn't fit well with their starting unit, b) they're trying to showcase Lowry now, or c) they don't know what the fuck they're doing.

What was the main knock on Conley? He can't shoot and isn't aggressive enough. That's the case with several 20 and 21 year olds.

Each game his PER is inching closer and closer to 13. He's now matched last year's total. Obviously he struggled at the beginning of the year, but in the last 2 to 3 weeks, he's been playing much better. He's rebounding, taking care of the ball, playmaking, and shooting better.

Even if we don't look at just his better stretch of recent games, for the year, he's shooting 44% from the floor, 38% from 3-pt land, 75% on FTs, and averaging 1 TO a game.

He's only 21. It won't be long before you're all clamoring for him. :)

It wasn't yesterday. Lowry has started the last 3 games. They like the Lowry's aggressiveness and defense with the starters.

Maybe she was singing about an archetype. The kind of guy that she is attracted to, and that no matter how much she tries to change herself the kind of guy that she is with.

Maybe the song is an amalgam of guys that she's known, or of things that guys she's known might do, and that singing the song would make each and every one of them think the song was about them, when in fact it was about none of them.

Or maybe it really was about a particular guy, and she was being ironic.

Why so angry, in any case?

That very well could be. All I know is Conley is playing better now. He's improved his shooting, and that was a big concern. He's practically mirroring many of today's PG stars.

I personally think he'd be a great fit on this team and look forward to watching him progress. I think the Blazers could do wonders with him.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
13 PER isn't good, though. It's bad starter/good reserve level.

I think Conley's ceiling is average starter. That isn't exciting enough for me to be all that interested in trading for him. Blake's ceiling (for a full season...right now, he's above average) is also probably average starter, and I think Bayless' ceiling is much higher.
