Roger "I'll never lose" Huerta is still sitting out following his frustrating loss to Kenny Florian at UFC 87: Seek and Destroy. Huerta had been campaigning for a major pay and promotion raise prior to that fight and was a candidate to fight for B.J. Penn's lightweight title, but the loss derailed his momentum. Though Huerta is still a marketable fighter and has room to improve his standing in the UFC, no doubt his new contract reflects more on his loss to Ken-Flo than his mug being on the cover of Sports Illustrated, now.

Also, El Matador is one of about a dozen fighters (Rampage, Forrest, Chuck) that have been confirmed for the 2009 video game (so far).
