Roy is the man and should be taking that shot everytime.

I'm only pissed because of the end of the game.

Orlando played amazing basketball. Every time we'd score, they'd hit a three. They wouldn't go away. Neither would we. Two great teams going blow for blow. Pretty impressive.

With that said, Blake shouldn't have been in the game. Sergio was on today.

Roy shouldn't have taken that last shot. I don't know what he was thinking. They were clearly doubling. He should have given up the ball. Someone was wide open. Give it to Rudy. Give it to Aldridge. Real mental meltdown there.

Props to Aldridge. He played great tonight. Props to Sergio. He was really on.

I have to say, I'm impressed with Orlando. They can really shoot the basketball.

You can take a bad shot while having plenty of room to get your shot off. Still, Hedo raised up and shot and Travis was planted on the floor.

Not when he's being clearly double teamed. He had the ball, they were doubling, he gave it up and then they passed it back to him. When it was obvious they were going to double him, he should have passed it to Aldridge or Rudy. It was stupid to try to beat the double.

I would have kept Sergio in instead of Blake. Blake had to come in cold and shoot a three, and then try to take the pressure of Brandon late. Sergio is a better ball handler than Steve, and would not have had the crucial turnover trying to dribble out of a double team.

No offense, but I can see why you now post on message boards instead of being paid for your work.

It was lucky, but Outlaw still gave him too much space when you consider how much time was left.

LMAO 42 members and 35 guests viewing this thread!!

It's silly to complain about Roy, if we had won everyone would saying he had a great game, lol.

The lack of defense is the reason we lost, I have a serious bone to pick with Rudy and Sergio, but I'll make a thread about it. If we had won tonight it would have been because we are great offensively. It says a lot about our team that the star player can struggle in the first half and we're still in the game. This team is great, tough loss, and some bad choices down the stretch.

Disappointing loss. Blazers played surprisingly well despite not having their 3's falling. If you are a Magic fan you are loving the comeback. As a Blazer fan, I am just kind of scratching my head to figure out how we lost down the stretch. The loss spoils such a good night full of great plays by Aldridge, Roy, Rudy, Sergio and Pryz.

Oh? So you think it was the right move trying to force it with two guys trapping him? Now I see why you're posting on a message board instead of coaching in the NBA.

He took that shot ONLY because the shot clock was running down...didn't have time to pass.

Why did he have the ball in the first place? They were trying to deny Roy the ball. He's not our only choice on offense. Aldridge was on fire. Why not go to him? They had two guys on Roy the whole time... I don't understand why we decided to force feed him the ball.

And it would have to be a cross court pass that probably gets stolen starting a fast break the other way.
