Anyone else watching Sportscenter? They just showed the freeze frame where it showed that LMA had the last shot off in time!!!! To think that that is what cost us the game. It's very frustrating!!!!
When its at the end of a game like that, aren't the refs supposed to go review it themselves? If they didn't, fuck the refs.
I rewinded it on my TIVO and didn't see the lights on the backboard go off at all when Aldridge shot the ball and made it. Fucking whores for refs.
When they showed the replay a second time it showed the shot clock from above and it looked like the ball was still in LMA's hand when it hit 0. At least during the game. I did not watch ESPN.
Well, the redlights don't go on for the shotclock expiration- it only goes red at the end of the quarters.
I watched the local news (forgot which channel) and they said that you could see on one replay that the shotclock behind the hoop shows zero while LaMarcus still had the ball in his hands. So I don't know what to think now.
I will have to watch the ESPN version because the replays they showed during the game was pretty inconclusive.
Really doesn't matter when you factor in the fact he was being pulled down, shoulda been 2 ft's at least
Well we could petition but I doubt we will because it wouldn't do much. Replaying the last 5 seconds is also unlikely the only time I can recall a game being replayed was the Atlanta/Miami game last year. And that was because the Atlanta score-keepers physically removed a player from the game by giving Shaq an extra foul that fouled him out.
Well hell then, I blame this loss on LMA for not being quicker with his hands!!! Burn him at the stake!
