Pretty good game I must say, Ron Artest was A LOT better from the field today, and Yao Ming is finally playing like he's 7'6" lol.

    Recap:

    >Doubles Doubles for the Diet Twin Towers (Yao, Scola)
    >Ron shot 50% from the field
    >Battier is playing like he didn't miss a single game this season
    >The boys showed they really deserved the win the closing minutes

    Good Game. Good Win.

I missed the game last night, but it appears as if Yao decided to come out and make up for his poor performance last night.....

that's good to hear.......how did shane and ron do on Joe Johnson and Josh Smith (is he back yet????)?

I was surprised that Yao would do so well on the boards considering he will be against Smith, Horford and the bunch of scrappy players. I mean I assumed he would rebound poorly considering how he did against the Grizz(!) big men.

Well you can always count on Shane on Defense (99% of the time), he was pretty consistent...Joe Johnson's a bona fide All-Star 2 Guard...so it's pretty much a guarantee he'll get his numbers even with guys like Bowen on him. Artest played his typical game...but stepped it up on the offensive end.

Most def. a good win as a team.

A rebounding night like this was long over due...I noticed if he gets in foul trouble early in the game, you can expect a sub-par rebounding performance...but a few years back Yao had a couple of 20 rebound nights so this doesn't really surprise me, I'd be happy if he averages 12 boards a night (he's capable....but capability doesn't always translate into consistency). Now all Yao has to do is put up 26 and 12 a night, and I'll be happy.
