    True, just a shame to see him leave the game. I mean he's never really had anything serious before and this pops up....must really suck. Good luck to him.

    So what happened between LA and NY that changed everything? I don't see how you can go from playing 33mpg to all the sudden retiring. I know he had the heart condition, but if it was this bad, why was he even playing? Seems weird to me.

    I thought the same, but I guess the Knicks doctors took it more seriously since Curry was having some heart issues a few years ago.

    It's a shame, he would have fit well in the system. We could have used his defense and outside shooting. I wish Cat the best though.
