You are correct! It was on TNT.

That's FOUR games we won on national TV. Fez= failure.

Can we just post up our bigs as a FIRST option? I don't care that we lost, it was the manner in which it happened. We got out hustled and just played long ball all game long.
I feel like we are wasting Bayless and Oden and working Roy and LA too hard.
    Really losing confidence in Nate.

That's not a good thing, when Roy scores more, it typically means everyone else is playing horribly. Most of Roy's high scores came from games in which no one else could score.

According to the +/- rating, Batum was our best player with o pts, 1 rb and a foul.

    +2.

I usually don't get credit to the other team after a loss, but damn the Jazz played a gritty game tonight. They do more with less, I swear. And man, I would kill to have Sloan as our head coach. Utah just flat out wanted it more. They saw the refs were gonna let them be aggressive and they ran with it, can't blame them there. Utah handed our asses to us tonight and for the most part, we just took it.

Stop blaming the refs. We got out coached, again. We took way too many 3's. We had no flow to our offense. Our defensive rotation was horrible. Outlaw and Sergio was awful tonight.
We win games on talent, not on execution. I don't dislike Nate as a person, but he has no imagination. Our offense suck. We have 2 very gifted players in Roy and Aldridge. Every time they iso, we score, other than that, we are easy to defend. Pick&Roll and Roy.

Agreed. We win when Roy goes for 25 points, 8 assists.
We don't win when Roy goes for 33 points, 0 assists like tonight.

I'm going to pass this game off as one-part the team being drained from their tough, tough early season schedule; and one part a major, major hose-job by the refs that helped dig us a deep hole, and keep us there until it was too late to get out. Really f'd-up officiating tonight.

This game also reminds me of why I hate the Jazz so much, and have hated them for a couple of decades now. They push, shove, grab and clobber, and yet get called for a fraction of the fouls we do -- and we're basically not doing anything aggressive at all. And worse, their fans have a cardiac if even the most eggregious foul is called against them. I hate Jazz fans. Really.

The good news is, our guys should be able to rest a little more and regroup a bit with a few more home games. We'll be back on track soon enough.

    Go Blazers!

Man as much as I've hated the Jazz over the years, Jerry Sloan is a damn good coach that doesn't let his players get away with anything. Like not playing defense.

Hard to get assists when no one elses shot is falling except for LA.

Well, we need playoff experience but we need a new coach. I am somewhat conflicted as to what I would prefer. Wait, I would just rather have both. Fire him now and then devise a lottery to pick the next coach from the public. Yeah, that's the ticket.
