    Prediction
The Cavs and 76ers have met 19 times since LeBron entered the League in 2003. The Cavs have won 11, and average 97.6 points per game, and the 76ers have won 8 and average 96.2 points per game. LeBron has missed 2 games, but averages 28.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 6.9 assists in the 17 games he has played. In the game on Wednesday, Zydrunas Ilgauskas went down with a sprained ankle, and is listed as "Out" for tonight's game. Ilgauskas has been an integral part of the Cavs' stellar play this season and, with Elton Brand in the lineup for the Sixers, the Cavs would really benefit from the 7'3 Ilgauskas being there on the inside. Instead, the likes of Varejao, Hickson, Lorenzen Wright and Darnell Jackson will have to fill in the void. Furthermore, the Cavs are without Boobie Gibson again tonight, so it appears as though Sasha Pavlovic will take over Gibson's role in the rotation. This will give the Cavs more size and strength on the perimeter, at the loss of a sharpshooter. Regardless of this, the Cavs should win as they maintain some of the most important parts of the team from the year so far: LeBron James, Mo Williams, Delonte West, Anderson Varejao and the underappreciated Ben Wallace have all been playing well and should be capable of leading the Cavs past the Sixers tonight.
