    This is amazing. He just kept his cool and used some solid dodge moves. He is such a Texas bad ass. You couldn't get any sense of fear in him. He would make 10x the international man of mystery that Austin Powers made. Austin Powers couldn't dodge a shoe, Bush can.

    Bush totally went into bullet time there and dodged that footwear.

    Can you imagine how embarrassing it would have been if

    -- the shoe hit him right in the forehead, without him even moving to dodge it, or
    -- Bush ducked down behind the podium, immediately lookling cowardly (although, to be honest, I wouldn't blame him for hiding)

    Overall pretty funny, along with Bush's quip that all he can report is that they were size 10.

    Maybe my two favorite moments of the Bush administration were athletic feats.

    This, and his perfect strike off the mound in Yankee Stadium right after 9/11.

    People can question virtually every aspect of his presidency, but no one can question his coordination.
