Maybe this crazy ass 1st month of the season has taken it's toll on here as well as our Blazers. I just hopped on here and there are only 4 members on. What? 3 of the top 4 threads are about the god damned Memphis Grizzlies, and some queer actually started a thread about the snow!!!! 3 days without a game is killing this place! Bring on the Kings!!!!

I think the 1-4 record for the last 5 games have us on this board feeling deflated. However, if we can earn victories against the Kings and Suns this week, I bet the fervor will come back.

I've noticed a big decline in new threads and posts over the last few days. I guess we're all a little depressed by this losing streak. Prior to this, lots of us were a little alarmed about Oden's game. Now we're a little alarmed by the way the whole team is playing (minus Roy, of course).

I think those that start lots of threads have run out of steam since most of them are the same, also none of us really want to talk about all the firing and such... the NBA season will pick up soon with trades again after the teams that fired coaches take inventory.

I'd imagine that a lot of people who have computers in different rooms than a room with a main source of heating are currently huddled up in that room during this cold spell.

I'd like to say I'm studying for finals, but thats the opposite of what I'm doing. In fact I have more time now during finals week then I have had any other week.

I guess for me I'm a bit upset about the losses, and I'm not really a thread starter. So if there are not threads going on I don't really have much to say.

I just overclock the hell out of my quad-core puter and use the exhaust to heat my toes. win-win.

I'm sad about the losses because we SOO easily could be 17-8. But i'm content, and think that our team will learn a lot from this. They needed days off and practice time since the Washington game. We will be fine.

I've just been trying to stay away because I figured some people would be going nuts with the recent losses, like it's the end of the world or something. I'm not sure if that happened or not but I didn't want any part of it.

But it's definitely nice to have a game tonight . . . I need my fix!

Sweet, a fellow computer junkie too! If you want some good heat for that snow up there, go i7 and 2x 4870x2 in CrossFireX . . . that's some serious warmth right there.

There are 37 people now. I am, personally, a little under the weather but am well-rested and ready. :)
