WOOHOO!! Go Sergio! I agree (though not that he would be in front of Harris, who IMO should win MIP this year) that he has improved a great deal. The guy finally had a summer to work on his game. Lets hope he keeps improving!
What's funny is Sergio's performance, by nearly all metrics, is virtually identical to what it was his rookie year. Yes, he's playing better than he did last year, but it took tremendous "improvement" just to get back to playing like a rookie. I'm not sure that's such a great "improvement" in the bigger scheme of things. BNM
I'd say it's mainly because of the offensive scheme that we run. it's not conducive to Sergio's play style...
