Is Patterson's contract expiring? That would be the only way that this deal would interest me. I don't like Ruben's attitude, but I would sure love his expiring contract. Trail Blazers should chip in Ha Seung-Jin. That would be so cool if he came to Boston, even though he is almost useless.

that's funny you say that KingJames because I was gonna put Ha Seung Jin in this proposed trade but I don't know too much about him aside from the fact that he looks like a huge goon. Does he have any upside or is he just some giant that only got drafted because he's a big guy? I just want Dickau, scalabrine, and raef off this team because their wastes of talent, time, and space. Ainge really blew it when he signed Scalbs and Dickau. I also have always been facsinated with D-Miles and I think him and Pierce would be an interesting combo.

I really like Miles, potential and his game..his attitude is my concern, but it seems that hes been working on being a better guy to be around..i would definitly take a chance with him, because hes BY FAR better than Scalbs, and Dickau

Both Miles and Patterson have character issues, but the trade is intriguing because we lose the Happy Days gang and we get a young player with upside (Miles) and a guy with an expiring contract (Patterson).

i doubt they would want Scab's long contract, nonetheless take Raef's. Portland definitely says no. Remember, Darius Miles was averaging 18 ppg before he got injured; he has some value.

would i like the deal, as a Celtics fan? probably. i love D-Miles and he would be a very good 6th man (or starter if Wally would be willing to come off bench) and i love Patterson's defense. i really like Raef, but i could care less parting with Scal, Dickau. i also like TA but i dunno how he will continue to bounce back. but he definitely has potential to be a good player in this league if he gets his step and athleticism back

would Portland do it? most likely no
