yeah really, haha but if the weather is as bad as it says it's going to be, then lots of people might not show up, can't blame them either, but this is the one game I really have been waiting for so I'm going:clap:

That was probably the most ironic article he could have pulled out and re-printed.
So apparently he only had faith in his teammates up until last season.

Sorry, no standing O from me.

I was there, cheering every pass, responding to every fast break, relishing in every crucial win.

I was also there last year when Jason had his migraine and the Knicks embarrassed us. And when he "auditioned" for Mark Cuban right before the trade went down. And I watched a talented bunch of guys perform like a dysfunctional team.

He HAD my support when he accomplished all those amazing things. I am grateful and acknowledge all the wonderful memories he gave us. But he went out in the most classless of ways and he can wait to receive my respect again when he has left the game, and his jersey is being retired during a Nets home game...or when he enters the Hall of Fame.

Sports is filled with legendary athletes who performed with guts and determination and achieve greatness. As "performers" we applaud them. And then there are those who do all that AND behave with the dignity and respect that is called "character". They are called champions.

I agree, I'd give him a standing ovation in later years, but not this year, I respect him for what he has done and all, but he went out in a bad way. I don't think he played hard at sometime when he was a Nets last season, he didn't give up and play crappy, but you could tell he did not play hard in some games

We can all give Kidd a standing ovation for all the memories of those successful playoff years because he deserves it but Harris is gonna burn him and the Mavs for 50 today because they deserve it as well... :)
