I didn't get a stiffy over the Oden comments. Another case of the media being lazy. They all read one blog from another writer and all of a sudden it is gospel? It doesn't take much to get a reputation. These guys are all sheep.

But yes the BRoy part was great.

dude..oden has sulked all year since the LA game. its time for him to grow up. the comment about conley was on the $$$$$! its embarrassing you would have to trade for a player just to babysit your number 1 pick. its a disgrace.

roy is the franchise. aldridge and oden are decent players around him.

I love Brandon Roy, but five years from now he'll be our third best player. It's so funny to see how the hype has washed off of Oden, but he shows glimpses every single game at what he's going to be. And once LMA learns to play with GO, fugeduboudit.

That being said, Brandon Roy is freaking amazing.

if you think aldridge will be even close to roy... you need your head examined.

Aldridge cant even post up and hes a PF....hes a good PF...but nothing that you cant replace.

Roy makes big shots and takes over games. Aldridge has yet to come even close to taking over a game and making the big shot. Oden...i doubt he ever becomes a star but hope im wrong. oden will be a nice defensive center.... but thats prob it. ...unless we trade for a babysitter aka conley.

If I had a nickle for every time an article about the Blazers included the words "blazing a trail", I'd be a rich fothermucker.

Gotta say - I disagree Maxiep... Roy is the man.

Oden and LMA will be good - but Roy is special.

It's my way of saying that this team is going to be a dynasty the likes of which we haven't seen since the 80s.

You are kidding right? Who is going to be better in 5 years? Oden is one guess but who else?

I really don't think Oden or any other Blazer, or almost anyone else in the league for that matter will be better then Brandon in 5 years. The only person that could be better then him will be LeBron. He will have surpassed Kobe long before 5 years.

I love you, maxiep, but you're wrong on this one. Roy will be the top banana in Portland until he retires. The guy has a killer instinct and a passion to win that puts him ahead of Oden and Aldridge, and always will.
