    The risky assets are going to bounce back, their bonuses are going to be worth way more than they deserve, and then they'll be crucified.

    I think it would be better to give bonuses in the assets in which you made investments. When I worked for CSFB, I wouldn't have minded taking my bonus in investments I made on behalf of the bank.
