so i know the die hards will be there but with people being "trapped" in their houses and not able to get that shopping done will attendence slip tomorrow? also i'm looking for one ticket to the game so if you got a single you're looking to unload PM me.
God I want to live in the snow for at least one winter...of course with ski resorts around, not no upper mid-west flatlands snow....ugh
I drove into the Lloyd Center area from East Vancouver this morning and made it no problem. 4 wheel drive only, no studed tires or chains. My guess is 8000.
Yeah, I have AWD, but my R32 would be scraping the center on some of the side-road ruts; drove home from Welches last night, that was nuts, got my friends subaru sideways a couple of times because of the ruts..... gas it! and it snaps right back in place! I love snow drifting up there... anyway, I guess, 10,500
I think more people will make it to the game then you would think. I remember going to some of the Blazer games back in past ice storms in the Memorial Coliseum and it was almost full. I would guess there will be 15,000+.
There's no great ski resorts, but your always welcome with me in Minneapolis or Fargo. Minneapolis you get the twin cities. Fargo you get the coldest weather you can handle. Your choice!
My RWD, Open-Diff old BMW gets around fine with snow-tires. Sure, you get a little sideways if you do not pay attention - but that's actually fun. I imagine it will be close to a sell-out. I have tickets for the Xmas game - it will take an awful lot more than this weather to stop me from making it.
I think there'll be more people than some think, maybe not a full crowd, but at least 13-14,000. People are tired of being at home.
