There goes my alma mamma. I love Ken Bone, but I think there's almost no chance in hell PSU is going to be able to retain his services if he keeps this up.

Agreed completely. Can the Vikes squeeze one more year out of him? Probably not if they make the big dance again.

Once Dominguez leaves and the program tanks back to normal suckitude, then Bone will bolt.

How does that diminish what PSU did tonight?

It doesn't whatsoever. If PSU beat a bad PAC 10 team I'd be impressed, but to beat a top 10 team on their floor is just spectacular. If I heard the stat correctly, Gonzaga has only lost 2 games in 5 seasons at home? Something like that. Maybe it wasn't 5 seasons, perhaps it was 3. Either way, a GREAT win for PSU. Their biggest win ever I would guess.

Gonzaga was 55-2 on their home floor since that gym opened. Key word? WAS.

Nice job to my alma mater.

go my school! If they get a 14/15 seed this year, they COULD pull a Hampton/Iowa State back in 2001.

Unless they fall asleep in some games in conference, PSU should skate through the Big Sky. At which point a 14 or 15 seed would be an insult given their out-of-conference schedule and success. I'd say a 12 seed or so would be reasonable.
