Yep you guessed it... in Portland on Dec. 30.

Shocking since the Celtics have their Christmas day matchup in LA, and games with Philly, GS and Sacramento until we meet.

Boston's won 18 in a row, and one of ATH people said Boston doesn't have anyone who can guard players like Kobe or Brandon Roy.. Hmm.. Can we beat Boston here in the Rose Garden? That would be amazing.. and shows the kind of respect we've gotten in the national media whether we really deserve it or not.

I think the Lakers have the best chance, homerism aside. However, if the Celtic's win streak is still active on December 30th, I hope we can end their win-streak and shut Garnett up.

The Lakers will beat them. Kobe will die on the court before he let's the Celtics beat them in LA, on XMas, infront of a national audience!!! This is where Kobe shows why he's the best player in the game today!

hmmm...I wish I could believe that :sigh:

Its very possible but not probable....let me watch the Lakers against NO tonight to see if maybe they can make drastic changes in their play before xmas. If they play like they have been the Lakers are losing by at least 15.

Yeah, I'm almost as excited to watch this game as I am the Blazers-Dallas game. Rematch of last year's Finals with the Celtics holding a massive win streak (assuming they win tonight)- it's gonna be good!

Lakers will end their streak. Then they'll win the next few games and lose to the Blazers.

Kobe plays huge in games like these! I've seen it in person in Portland, and damn it sucks! That said you have to respect the skills.

Celtics will steamroll the Lakers. The other games, I don't know about.

The only thing I root for during a Celtics/Lakers game is for a rogue meteor to crash through the arena roof.

Nah, it would miss K*be (but still be called for a foul) while KG would get on all fours and call it the worst meteor in the universe.

Meh. The media is such a joke. I know more about the NBA than most sports writers.
