Williams and the D-League

    What harm would it really do?

    I know we don't own our own D-League so the team isn't run the way the Nets play but playing time is playing time. Where else is he going to get 30 minutes without us worrying about losing and him screwing up and if he doesn't understand why he's there and complains, then he doesn't believe in improving.

    Dave D'Alessandro says the Nets are thinking about it.

    Can't teams acquire him for a small fee from the D-League. Surely if he does alright someone will acquire him without us getting anything in return?

    Williams is under contract with the Nets.

    They should have done this long ago.

    Send his ass down. Hopefully he plays well and we bring him back up later into the season.
