OT-Where to buy chains in downtown (SW) PDX?

    I know this is way off topic but I have to travel around Christmas time and need a quick response. I live on the PSU campus, are there any places to purchase chains close by without heading to the burbs to go to Target?

    I haven't been following the news much, but I am pretty sure that whenever portland gets snow like this the sell out immediately. hopefully stores around the area got new shipments in.

    yea i gave up. fuck it, if i can't go home for Christmas at least I can still make both Blazer games this week at the RG, plus my parents said they would drive up here if there was no ice.
