You're right on the first but very wrong on the 2nd. Bill on a few drops of Orange Sunshine would be a fun hang!

So according to mixum over the past week:

    - Roy isn't a superstar, franchise-type player
    - Oden is only getting worse
    - LaMarcus has no post-up game, and is replaceable.
    - Blake is terrible
    - Outlaw will never win a title
    - Ike makes you puke
    - Channing as well
    - A 19-year-old Batum has already peaked, will never improve his shot
    - A 19-year-old Bayless is a bust
    - Rudy is too wild
    - We should definitely make a trade, but I have no clue who for. Just trade everyone.
    - This team should prepare for getting as many ping pong balls as possible

    Did I miss anything?

I am concerned about the way our team is playing as well. But to say Denver would have gone to the line 47 times because Melo played is a bit much.

But having said that, Denver is the better team. No doubt in my mind they are built for the playoffs. Physical, grind it out team. But then I am not stupid enough to think we were a top 5 team this year. I wanted to see improvement and so far so good.

LOL on the people who were saying that Camby is better than Nene. Or that Billips makes Nene. Short memories. Players do bounce back from injuries. For some it just takes longer. Denver plays tough D and will battle in the playoffs.

I'm blaming McMillain right now. He needs to make adjustments to our offense and defense. Period.

We don't have a starting SF right now. We are putting too much on the 19 year old Batum. It's not his fault.

Greg Oden, on the other hand, has been flat out embarrassing. I see no development and only see a declining confidence by each game. Last nights game was one of the worst I've seen since the Vladamir Stepania/Ha Seung-Jin days. Truly pathetic.

You know last night I went to MIXUM's profile and looked at his posts...There are 8 pages and I only went thru 2...In those two pages there was only one positive. One sentence of one post praising Roy after his 52pts, but of course the rest of that post was negative too

look for yourself, its pretty funny

Why do you guys keep feeding this guy (the OP) the attention he's so clearly and desperately after? I've only been on the boards a couple of months and it's already crystal clear to me that you either ignore him by principle or through the forum's ignore feature.

There are so many other threads that warrant your attention outside of this rubbish day after day.

I just put MAXUM on my ignore list and this is the first time I even opened a topic that MAXUM created or I knew had posted in and it does wonders for my outlook about this forum. I don't mind someone a little negative bcause sometimes I feel a little negative about the Blazers myself but not every word that he posts. He is just lucky he is a Blazers fan(that's if he really is?) and not a fan of a team towards the bottom.:sigh:

I'm pretty sure he was banned from BBB.net/BBF. He had a reign of terror over there for the longest time, spewing the same negative crap. I can't believe he's back. It's like he was biding his time.

I'm glad we won last night, but I don't like the way we're playing recently. There's way too much jump-shooting and one-on-one stuff. That style of play will always kill you in the end.

Thought Greg looked good during the game in Denver. He had good body language and looked focused.More so then he has probably all season. Had some nice scoring plays too. Foul trouble is just killing his ability to get minutes and it's hurting his confidence. A summer of hard work where he can actually work on the court is going to do him a lot of good.

Why do you guys complain about Mixum? Yeah he's negative all the time and exaggerates for effect, but at least he tries to create discussion.

The board would be pretty boring if everyone just agreed that the Blazers are terrific.
