    We had little problem outplaying them at home last year in the finals, we won 2 and were up 24 on the other. So while this game is huge for the psyche (losing would have been damaging), it doesn't mean we are at their level .. yet. Not until we beat them on their floor.

    The dynamic of the game was different with Bynum in there though, that's for sure, and that makes me very optimistic about our chances down the road. He kept Perk and Powe from having an impact on the game, and he defended the paint better than anyone we had last year could

    Glad we got the win, made what was a rather mediocre and blah Christmas a little better.

    The Lakers looked good out that too. They played some very good defense and Bynum clearly made a huge difference when he was on the court. I loved seeing the hustle from LA too, specifically that play in the 2nd quarter when Kobe tipped it to the backcourt, Ariza raced downcourt and tossed in to Sasha for the and one, great play.

    Great win overall though, the defense looked good and while the offense wasn't great, it did enough.

    Wait, the season isn't over? I thought for sure after seeing how excited all the Lakers fans and players were that they won it all yesterday. What a relief.
