No chance, 96 Bulls had consistency on both ends that the Lakers can't match due to youth, inferior players at certain positions, and of course the fact that Kobe is great but not MJ great. The Celtics have a better shot due to their superior D, but won't get there with Doc coaching and because they're a little thinner this year, might cost them a game or two. It's beyond difficult to win 72.
Cleveland has the best shot. They're the best offensive team in the league, and the 2nd best defensive team in the league, and are gaining fast on the Celtics defensively, and might pass them up soon in that department.
^ I dunno, I think the Cavs will fall back down to earth, they're really not that deep or talented, and LeBron isn't likely to maintain his statistical dominance the entire season. I could be totally off there.
Agreed. I think the Cavs are a vastly overrated team. They don't have a lot of depth and rely pretty heavily on LeBron James. Beyond that, they've had a pretty easy schedule at this point. I want to see them beat a team like Orlando or Boston or LA before I can call them the best team in the NBA, because at this point, they have a tendency to lose to the good teams that they play.
