Shemac announced that she won't be playing in back to back games until further notice, but he will give it a go 2nite. Ron said he would play the other night, so this should be a fairly easy win. Once again Yao needs to take advantage of the wizards small front court. I want to see plays ran for Yao early on...usually when he gets off to good starts it leads to easy rockets victories........
wasnt a good game at all. lost to the worst team in the league w/o one of THEIR BEST PLAYERS, CARON BUTLER!!! we had our startin 5 from last season AND ron artest along w/ good bench. no discredit to washington but our team is stacked on paper and we still lost to the WIZARDS!!!! even if our guys are hurt how can that even be possible in any universe? this is a very very very bad loss and prolly gonna be one of the worst losses in houston rockets history, maybe even sports history just cuz of how much the game was favored to houston. no gilbert, no butler, wizards beat rockets. record in nov/dec doesnt matter as much as after january but the games we need to win like this one which was AT HOME should of been won no excuses plz. after this game its milwakee then toronto and atl on friday and saturday. milwakee is a game that has to be won. hope the team learns from this terrible loss.
yeah.......................that made me sick last night..... a.) our energy was flat from the get go b.) our interior defense was poor all night.......how in the hell do the wizards score 36 points (it was close to that number) in the paint with that small ass front line c.) yao was miserable the entire night, which makes me question why in the hell he got the ball in the last seconds d.) the 2nd unit did play good in the 4th but....... e.) ONCE AGAIN ADELMAN DECIDES TO TAKE THE BENCH OUT FOR THE STARTERS!!!.........Seriously I could just see this coming last night. The rockets were making their run and the bench appeared to be ready to close the game out from the pathetic wizards.....For some reason Rick feels that it's necessary to finish the game with your starting lineup eventhough they played like total shit last night (and have been playing like shit recently)........as soon as the starting lineup got reinserted the wizards went on another run and beat us........ but yeah the rockets deserved to lose this one last night.............how did they let this happen....
I didn't see the game, but I did catch the Wizards/Cavs game on Christmas and noticed what they are capable of despite their record. Still, it's unacceptable for a team dubbed as a contender and the favorites to win the NBA championship by many.
