<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Oregonian - Rumors have surfaced that Denver is talking with the Blazers about sending injured power forward Nene to Portland in exchange for Travis Outlaw and Joel Przybilla. But McMillan said he had only a brief conversation with team president Steve Patterson about trades during the All-Star break, and when asked what he thought the Blazers would do before the trading deadline, McMillan was somber. "Nothing. But you never know," McMillan said. "I think teams know that day is a couple of days away, and all the bluffing and bull that is starting, because you gotta do some stuff now . . . I don't know. You know, I can't even speak to that."</div>I am 50/50 on this trade. Pryzbilla is a VERY underrated performer and Travis Outlaw has tons of potential.I am hesitant to move Nene however. The good news is we are making room to sign Carmelo to the max.

This is the second rumor with the Nuggets, that probably won't happen. Also, it sounds like Nate doesn't expect a trade. And isn't Przybilla willing to take a paycut to resign this summer, why would they trade him for a guy who might not.

Przybilla is a decent center and Outlaw has potential but it's not worth Nene who is only 23 years old.

Yea but you have to consider that they want to get some compensation because thy are not going to resign him due to giving melo a Max.

I think this is a good move for the Nuggets. Cause if they do end up trading Kmart ,Camby can go and play PF..

I actually like this for Denver. I don't really see much in Nene's game, and I just LOOVE Pryzbilla's game. Travis Outlaw is a project, he probably won't turn out, but i think Pryzbilla alone has as much upside as Nene.

Where would pryzbilla fit in with this team? Im guessing they would bring him off the bench behind Camby and Martin? This could perhaps open the door for a KMart trade, either way I think they are getting a good deal because they likely wont be able to resign Nene this offseason as a free agent, and Pryzbilla is a solid young player, and Outlaw has so much raw, untapped experience, he could really shine if given the oppurtunity (6'9 with a 48 inch vertical!)..

Nene's been incosistent staying healthy, I'd do it for Pryzbilla and especially Travis Outlaw.

This season would have been his shot to get a good sized contract and show his worth. He probably will still get a nice deal, but his injury definatly will have hurt his market value...

It was his knee I think right? I wonder if it was a repeat type injury that he agrivated because that would make teams hesitant at giving him a huge contract..

I think this is good for Portland. Prysbilla will get a very good contract after this year and the TrailBlazers don't have the money to keep him. They are already paying for guys like Miles, Randolph and Ratliff. On the other hand Nene is a rising star big man. He plays solid defense and he is a good man to throw out there. He has a decent 10 footer and gets quite alot of rebounds and plus he has a low contract. Step in the right direction for the Blazers. On the other hand the Nuggets got a good deal here to because I'm expecting they will let him go after this year so they get a very good shotblocker and a top tier defender to help them into the playoffs.

I agree with most here that Przybilla is a pretty good center. He's definitely a very good shot blocker we Nuggets (btw, I'm a Nugget fan, not Magic [IMG] ) need. I agree that he probably has as much upside as Nene does... but one thing for sure is GM's around the L value Nene high and I think Denver would be foolish to settle for these two so-so when they could get possibly a good player before the trade deadline from another deal. But don't get me wrong, Nene has to be dealt before this trade deadline because it's likely he will sign with Atlanta or Toronto, which have been rumored to be offering him a Tyson Chandler contract in this summer, rather than resigning with Denver for less or Denver matching those mad offers. So it's better to get someone in return than lose him for nothing, but I think we can settle for more than just Przybilla and Outlaw. Personally, I really like the potential trade of Watson going to Seattle in exchange for Reggie Evans, Flip Murray and Vitaly Potapenko. That's three players filling our needs (big man, scoring two) at very affordable price... now if we can package Nene with K-Mart and/ or Vo for someone good.
