    He's actually doing a better job than I thought, and want to give him a shot for next season. Right now, it looks like the Raiders are looking for a new coach.

    Do you guys think Tom Cable should be given more of a chance?

    If he's doing well then why change.

    The Raiders continue changing coaches every single season, if they want to get anything accomplished there has to be some stability. I thought Kiffin did a good job, I guess not. You cannot win in the NFL if you continue to change coaches every single season, and it will only hurt Russell's development. Just because the Raiders do not make the playoffs does not mean the coach sucks, Al Davis, it means your roster sucks and you need to retire ugly mofo.
