If Livingston even regains 85% of what he lost, he would be the best PG on the team..... I would love to see POR pick him up...For sure I'd rather see him get minutes instead of either Sergio or Bayless...He knows how to run a team and set his teamates up....
Without following the Heat, I'm guessing the suprising play of Chalmers and the need to develop him has made Livingston expendable.
