Took a long time for him to get going this season but he picked a great time.

Last five games, all as a starter:

    21.8 ppg
    5.8 rpg
    1.8 bpg
    .574 fg%
    .615 3p%
    .938 ft%

    Good work, Mago!

the 1.8 blocks per game are most impressive to me. I think thats something that hes added to his game since being in the NBA. Hes always had the offensive skills.

in the two games i saw (houston and orlando) he played well, hitting his threes and asserting himself when he should, but still tended to disappear at times and still not rebounding very well

Err... you should trade JO and get help at other positions. This is sort of why I was so incredulous at the idea of trading Bargnani and Parker for Josh Howard. Why trade the young and increasingly productive guy and keep the old broken down guy?

Gnani has been much better but his stats are better than how he actually plays. Not to put down his play, but let's be honest... .574 fg% .615 3p%? He is not playing that well.

He has been more assertive, but still has more to go and his rebounding is still too low. It has improved and that is great, but he needs to avg ATLEAST 7rpg for the raps, especially when JO is not playing. Nevertheless, that is great news and all raps should hope he continues to build on this. The 1.8 blocks are huge and I hope he keeps it up.

Raps rebounding has been better with Bargnani than it was with O'Neal.

Also, Bargnani boxes out very well. He doesn't always get the defensive board, but someone on our team does as a result of his efforts.

Bargnani's offensive game is very good right now. Getting 20 points with ease and shooting a ridiculously high percentage from downtown of late.

Good numbers. He just needs to average at least 2 more boards per game.

Yeah he raped us today. Last year I was one of that said that Bargs was still not a bust. It's early, but it looks like he's proving me right.
