Not true. Boston was far and away the best road team in the league last season and no one was close. They were 31-10 on the road. Lakers/Magic were second best at 27-14. The Celtics struggled on the road in the playoffs but they were still the best team on the road by far that season.
So you are telling me that NOBODY ANYWHERE bothered to post a video of what you contend KG is like with guys his size. EVERY confrontation can be found on video somewhere. Just by chance KG is the only player where only videos of him intimidating smaller players are on the net?...please You are just trying to avoid my challenge
Boston may lose tonight. Crazy. I don't know who to root for. I want Houston to win but I'm kind of enjoying Boston's monumental collapse.
Wow. Boston just lost again. To the Rockets without McGrady or Battier. That's 2-6 since their 19 game win streak. The Christmas Day loss clearly killed their confidence.
You want me to post a video of KG intimidating someone. Number one, it happens very frequently, and number two, its rarely notable. Its rare that anything comes of it. So I doubt there's many videos out there, if any.
Christmas Day isn't the problem. The following losses to Golden State and the Blazers are more responsible for this IMO.
3 straight for Boston now. All of a sudden they don't seem as intimidating as they were only a few weeks ago.
I'm sure they'll regroup, but this is getting rediculous. The Blazers have had some pretty bad stretches of basketball this season, but they haven't lost 6 out 8 at any point. You know, it would be nice to lose 6 of 8 and STILL be 29-8 though (and in 1st place by 10 games) I think Cleveland and Orlando will hit some dry spells too. I'll tell you what this does do though, it makes the Lakers look like the team to beat. 2 weeks ago I would have said the C's.
Why doesn't anyone consider the Magic a contender this season? Honest question. They've played as well as anyone.
No . . . they lost to Houston. I was counting Houston with another loss playing at Boston without McGrady.
One thing to remember with Boston, is they had one of the easiest schedules in the league to a certain point. Then they went west. Welcome to the west. Where you never know when even a Golden State or Sacramento might rise up and bite you in the ass on a given night.
Yeah you've got to think about what the Celtics record would be if they had to play the Lakers, Jazz, Hornets, Mavs and then Denver in a 14 day period?
West isn't that hard. Bulls are 8-6 out West! Boston's falling apart. Teams are starting to realize if they just play Boston tough, and roughen up Garnett, that Garnett wilts. Oh, btw, I found a video of Garnett doing his act on a player his own size. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/EGIiO8SW7HA&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/EGIiO8SW7HA&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Exactly. 6 of the 7 worst teams in the league are out West. Minnesota is on a 4 game win streak and they're still only 10-25, good for 11th in the West.
