The Premier League is definably #1 and I guess you can argue that the Serie A is better then La Liga(I don't thin so), but the Primera Division Argentina is definably not better then La Liga and it isn't even close.

Goal.com just reported the IHFFS story. You shouldn't be hating on them. And I could see how this happened as Argentine teams won the confederation competitions. Its the same way England got up there. These are like the FIFA national team rankings, they can only base the results on the matches played.
the players are going to go where the money is, not where the best play is. of course, those two are usually the same.
