    Allardyce will be trying as hard as possible to keep Cruz at Blackburn, but Hughes will be doing the exact same thing on the opposite end of the scale. Personally, I'd like to see him stay at Blackburn, or move to another club (Arsenal, Spurs, Portsmouth) because I get the feeling that if he moves to City, they will be buying a "world-class" striker in a few years, and he will be thrown aside, and replaced. Santa Cruz is too good to be a bench-warmer. I believe £12m is the perfect price tag for him, but I don't see him leaving until 17M+ is put on the table. What do you all think?
