Evil stuff...if something like that happens I would think LA would be the obvious choice. The Lakers are the most youthful championship contender, especially when 2010 rolls around. The two greatest players in the world on the same team. :NOTMARIS:

So how many 'ships in a row if that were to happen? Three? Or seven? :devilwink:

The Celtics are the ones who revamped their whole team in one offseason and immediately won a championship...

Im perfect for a reason...because I dont go take all bets. :ghoti:

If you think Im implyig the C's will beat the Lakers in BOS Im not. Im just not so sure that I want to bet on it.

Now if you want to do a one month sig and avatar bet IF its LA vs BOS in the finals again then Im down...sucker :pimp:

i do hope that the illusion that they are 'good' (coz of their current record) will still trick lebron into resigning with them... that way he wont win any rings for a substantial amount of time  LOL!

With the team and coach the Knicks have now, LeBron and another superstar, say Chris Bosh (who they will have enough money to sign), the Knicks will be better than the Lakers, LeBron will get a max contract AND he'll be in a huge market for Nike who'll pay him loads of money anyway. If he's leaving the Cavs, he's going to NY. No way the best player in the league will agree to earn the MLE. That's pretty laughable.

I don't think Kobe and LeBron can co-exist on the same NBA team.

Just as one possibility...I'm sure if this was possible the Lakers would be willing to pay more...not market value, but much more than the MLE

Lakers don't have the money to offer more than MLE
