quick question.. when did they start keeping track of this stat? Much like blocked shots and steals, it most likely deserves an asterisk because chances are Jerry West had quite a few game winners too. I'd love to see where Reggie Miller is on that list, Larry Legend too.
i don't think there's an actual list (i may be wrong), it was just used to comply and compare Jordan with Kobe. all in all, Jordan's playoff heroics and clutch are head-and-shoulder above Kobe's, and that's where it really matters.
